1. Services Provided

Savicost assists businesses in reducing utility costs by:

• Analyzing current contracts.
• Negotiating better rates with suppliers.
• Providing ongoing cost-monitoring support.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate utility/billing information.
• Authorize Savicost to act on your behalf with suppliers.
• Notify us of any contract changes during our engagement.

3. Fees & Payment

• Fee Structure: [Specify – e.g., % of savings, flat rate].
• Invoicing: Payment due within 14 days (unless otherwise agreed).
• Late Payments: Subject to 1.5% monthly interest.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Savicost is not liable for:
  • Supplier price changes outside our control.
  • Indirect losses (e.g., business interruption).
• Maximum liability capped at fees paid in the last 12 months.

5. Termination

• Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.
• Fees for work completed remain payable.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Limerick, Ireland.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
